Le Grand Developments (in association with Gratton Homes) provide a comprehensive range of design, planning and project management services. We pride ourselves on the high level of communication we maintain with our clients and all members of the project team throughout the duration of the project. Our main objective is to achieve the maximum potential of each project by implementing the most appropriate and cost effective solutions.

- Project Feasibilty & Cost Analysis
Evaluate the project brief. Research markets and comparable projects. Collate, analyse and present relevant data. Prepare professional fee estimates and project costings.

- Design & Planning
Prepare concept, planning and construction drawings for residential, commercial and industrial developments. All drawings are produced using AutoCAD and/or Archicad computer software.

- Planning Applications
Prepare and submit all drawings, forms and associated documentation to the Local Council Planning Department. Liaise with Council Planning Officers throughout the design and application process. 

- Interior Design
Prepare detailed specifications for the internal fit out and refurbishment of residential developments, commercial premises, industrial facilities, leisure complexes and public buildings.

- Landscape Design
Prepare hard and soft landscaping schemes and maintenance schedules for private gardens, recreational parks and corporate open spaces.   

- Project Management
Take on role as lead consultant and form the project team. Manage the design process and co-ordinate the construction phase from inception through to completion.

- Measured Building Surveys
Take accurate measurements of existing residential, commercial and industrial property and prepare detailed architectural drawings in accordance with client requirements.
