Le Grand Developments was formed in 2012 by local brothers Mark and Ross Le Grand. Through collaboration with the county’s finest construction professionals Le Grand Developments design and build new homes of exceptional quality in prime locations in and around Cheltenham. 

Mark Le Grand - Director

Mark is passionate about all things property and following his graduation in 2005 with a degree in Interior Design & Architecture went on to qualify as an Associate Architectural Technologist and Building Engineer. Mark spent his early career working for a dynamic multi-disciplinary Architecture Practice in Dorset followed by a year in Melbourne working as a Project Architect for one of Australias most successful house building companies. Mark formed Le Grand Developments in 2012 and has never looked back. Mark brings energy, creativity and passion to every project and takes immense pride in designing and building homes of the highest quality. Mark lives in Cheltenham with his wife, children and dog and if he’s not at the drawing board or on a building site he’ll most likely be found on foot or bicycle in the countryside or on the touchline of a local sports fixture

 Ross Le Grand - Director

Ross graduated from Nottingham University and quickly thrived in a fast paced start up environment, managing the UK sales team for a Bath based online publication. In the decade that followed, Ross was fundamental in forming and delivering the business growth strategy in his role as Global Sales and Marketing Director, managing a worldwide team and client portfolio across more than 20 countries, and  implementing several key system and strategy migrations. Since forming Le Grand Developments with Mark in 2012, Ross has loved combining his knowledge and passion for business strategy whilst providing the best levels of customer care for all Le Grand Developments homeowners. Ross lives with his wife and two young boys, and will most likely be found enjoying family time with them, quietly tinkering around on one of his guitars or walking/biking around the local trails.
